My Facebook friend Frugal Sally wrote to me, requesting that I share some recipes that are more friendly to her dietary needs as a diabetic.
I don’t plan my meals or write my recipes based upon a diabetic diet, nor do I eat a low carb diet, but there are a number of recipes on my blogs that I think may be useful to people who are working within those limitations.
In order to make it easier for my blog, Facebook, and Twitter friends to find the diabetic friendly/lower carb recipes on my blogs, I’ve compiled this list of links. I hope it’s helpful to you.
Please note:
I am not a nutritionist or a dietician. Any recommendations I make here are based upon my general knowledge. If you have any question about the appropriateness of these dishes within your dietary requirements, please consult your doctor.
